Lafayette coach Mike Mendenhall III started the following lineup:  6-0 Jr. Cameron Greenup, 6-0 Sr. Harrison Lane, 6-6 Sr. Ross Jenkins, 5-9 Sr. TJ Downey, and 5-10 Sr. Jaelin Jenkins.  Paul Laurence Dunbar coach Scott Chalk countered with 6-4 Sr. Darius Williams, 6-3 Sr. Justin Kelley, 6-6 Jr. Dontell Brown, 6-0 Sr. Jordan Lewis, and 6-3 Jr. Taveion Hollingsworth.

 

Paul Laurence Dunbar defeated Lafayette by a score of 73-42.  Dunbar shot 58.7% from the field including six of 10 from the three point line.  The Bulldogs connected on 13 of 23 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 13 Lafayette turnovers.  Lafayette shot 27.5% from the field including two of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Generals connected on 12 of 19 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored eight points off 13 Dunbar turnovers.

 

Taveion Hollingsworth led Dunbar with 25 points, five rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Darius Williams added 15 points.  Dontell Brown recorded eight points and seven rebounds.  Jordan Lewis chipped in with six points, six rebounds, and nine assists.  Justin Kelley added six points and eight rebounds.

 

Chris Wharton led Lafayette with 11 points.  6-1 Sr. William Watkins added 10 points and seven rebounds.
