Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-3 So. Jordan Houston, 6-2 Jr. Jeremiah Tisdale, 6-6 Sr. Jordan Green, 5-8 Sr. Campbell Setzer, and 6-0 Jr. Felix Wilson.  Tates Creek coach Wayne Breeden countered with 6-4 Fr. Isaiah Patterson, 6-0 Sr. Tanner Hart, 6-5 Jr. Jordan Fucci, 5-11 Sr. Blake Rose, and 6-1 Jr. Desmond Duke.

Henry Clay defeated Tates Creek by a score of 52-36.  Henry Clay shot 50% from the field including four of 14 from the three point line. The Blue Devils connected on six of 15 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 19 Tates Creek turnovers.  Tates Creek shot 30% from the field including three of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Commodores connected on nine of 13 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 13 Henry Clay turnovers.

Jordan Green led Henry Clay with 16 points and 10 rebounds.  Felix Wilson added 11 points and four steals.

Jordan Fucci led Tates Creek with 10 points and 10 rebounds.  Tanner Hart added eight points including two three point baskets.
