Bryan Station coach Donna Murphy countered with 5-8 Sr. DeShante Clay, 5-9 Jr. Lakeysha Stennis, 6-1 Sr. Hallie Crumbie, 5-6 So. Zaria Elery, and 5-8 Sr. Serena Sandusky.
Bryan Station captured a hard fought 59-58 win over Tates Creek. The score was tied 10 times with 12 lead changes. Bryan Station shot 39% from the field including three of 11 from the three point line. The Lady Defenders connected on 10 of 15 free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored 10 points off seven Tates Creek turnovers. Tates Creek shot 39% from the field including three of 11 from beyond the arc. The Lady Commodores connected on nine of 13 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored nine points off 12 Bryan Station turnovers.
Serena Sandusky led Bryan Station with 20 points and three assists. DeShante Clay added 14 points and nine rebounds. Hallie Crumbie recorded eight points and 11 rebounds. 5-10 Jr. Victoria McCoy chipped in with eight points and five rebounds.
Oney Harrison led Tates Creek with 18 points and three assists. Katie Pippen added 16 points and eight rebounds. Dominique Etling-Turner chipped in with 13 points. Lexi Whaley recorded five points and five assists.
