In the middle of processing my tutorial enrollment for next semester online and I now have to wait till 9am for my last two classes to open so I thought I'd blog something while I wait to keep me amused.
Yesterday I got this massive shooting pain above the stomach area. I don't know what caused it but it made me double over, I have a feeling it is some adverse reaction to stress or something as it didn't feel like any pain I've had before. I haven't been stressed in the conventional sense though lately, as I have been on holidays, but I guess I have been thinking about some things which I can't help and it entered my subconsciousness.
I hadn't slept that whole night either my dog Chyna kept me up going crazy over new toys I had hiding from her. She snifted them out and wanted them I gave her one but she started searching for ther other. I did get very annoyed I must say. She is obsessed with toys made out of rubber, its crazy.
I went bowling yesterday afternoon... haven't been in awhile, since January in fact. I bowled 158 in my second game. I came close to a Turkey (3 strikes in a row) I kept getting heaps of strikes and spares which was a contrast to the first game I played (we played two) where I didn't quite make 100. I'll call that my warm up game. The bowling alley should let you do a couple of practice bowls before you start though. It sucks when your first bowl is a miss or only couple of pins or something, it fucks up your final score. I like bowling it is pretty cool.
My mum went to the nursery and brought me a bonzai tree the other day. It is so cute, I always wanted to buy one but never got around to it. It came in a nice blue glazed pot so it matched my room. I'll probably end up killing it though... not on purpose :) My room is so dark, it never gets any sunlight as it is at the back of the house with the people behind's high fence in the way.
Okay I just went and finshed my bookings... I am all ready now for next semester. Felicity (my sister) is in two of my classes again so that makes things easier for me. I did her registration's as well so she can sleep.
This is what I am going to do:-
Heresy and Witchcraft in the Medieval World
Cyberculture
History of Sociological Thought
Youth Culture
They all sound interesting... I am lucky I get to have the luxury of picking subjects with content that I will enjoy. Takes some of the pain away from having to study and write essays. It is always a bonus to write essays on something that interests you a little. Let me say business management never interested me.
We had Chinese food last night. I think I might go and heat up the rest of my Vegetarian fried rice that I couldn't finish last night.
