The Hospital Chart

 

The student had trouble answering the questions on the Hospital Chart.
The student had some trouble finding the information to answer the questions, but he/she managed to complete the chart.
The student answered the questions easily with constructive answers.

The Penguin Talk

 

 

The student had trouble organizing and presenting his/her thoughts and using accurate information to find a solution for his/her penguin's problem.
The student had some trouble using accurate information, but he/she did a pretty good job of describing the penguin's sickness and the penguin's cure.
The student used plenty of accurate information. He/she did a really good job of describing the penguin's sickness and cure.

 

Finding and Using Information.

 

 

The student had trouble finding and using information from the web sites.
The student had some trouble finding information, but was able to find out what was wrong and to suggest how to cure the penguin.
It was easy for the student to find and use the information from the web sites.

 

Working Together

 

The student had trouble working with the other students in the group. Time was wasted. Not enough work was done.
The students spent most of their time working constructively together, but they were easily distracted.
The students shared ideas and worked well together.
