It is mid 1972 and once again I'm bored. My chosen form of relief? I'll learn to fly, says I! Off to
the Royal Aero Club at Moorabbin for a "Trial Introductory Flight" and I'm hooked! It's the ultimate
buzz. I later moved to the Peninsula Aero Club at Tyabb, Victoria, and tried aerobatics for the first
time. Fell in love with a Super Decathlon and spent many thousands of dollars over the next few years
in this, the untimate sport. When I moved to Sydney, I continued flying at South Coast Aero Club at Albion Park, Hoxton Park and Bankstown Aerodromes. |
