As time passed, I became bored with Melbourne. I tried living in Geelong and Bendigo, but none of these
suited me, so I packed all that I owned into my car and headed north to Sydney. I soon found work, as a Marketing Manager. I ended up staying there for 12 years. I can't say that I was ever happy in that job, and was glad to get out of there. I had started taking photos again and ended up doing Model Portfolios for awhile. Then I started selling and servicing computers, before going back to driving. I was a volunteer area co-ordinator and host parent for the EF Student Exchange Foundation, for two years. After getting divorced, I started looking after street kids at Kings Cross, and found this to be the most rewarding of all. |
