commission schedule for the sale of their property. I try to maintain
certain standards depending on the circumstances of the listing
but here are some sample situations. |

If you require
me to be at every showing and desire me to make arrangements
for the management or rental of your listing should you
relocate a 7% commission is requested.
If you would
like agents that are not affiliated with Coldwell Banker
accompanied by me or schedule periodic maintenance access
or service people and/or assistance with details that
are difficult for you to manage, a 6% commission is requested
If you feel
that your property will sell quickly once it is on the
market and are looking for the exposure available through
Coldwell Banker and want personal attention to the details
of the transaction a 5% commission is requested.
No matter what
commission schedule is agreed to I strive to offer great
personal service and careful attention to every detail
in the marketing a sale of any property that I list.

I have helped hundreds

When buying a home
it is good to work with someone who has experience in the
home buying process on a personal level. My husband and I
are investors and we look for the value in a property. Whether

I typically work
as a agent of the seller which means I represent the seller
in the transaction of the sale. I am required to present all
information requested and answer all your questions in an
honest and straightforward manner. I cannot act as an agent
for the buyer on any listings with Coldwell Banker without
extremely good reason, but will consider acting as an agent
for the buyer in searching for properties with other real
estate companies. A contract must be signed with me for me
to act as an agent for the buyer and it might be necessary
you to pay a commission for that service if the seller will
not pay commission for a buyer agent
