As an investor I have a working knowledge of the goals of most lending institutions in the sale of property in their possession.
My husband and I have purchased and rehabilitated many foreclosure properties and have worked with real estate auction companies in the acquisition and disposal of foreclosed properties.
Because of this personal experience I can give a thorough and accurate evaluation of the condition of real estate that you may acquire.
On occasion real estate is occupied by tenants and require management services. I am an experienced landlord and have the necessary paperwork for efficient management of occupied rental property.
Some properties however, need to be vacated through eviction and the real estate trashed out in preparation for immediate sale.

I am able to provide whatever maintenance is necessary to market a property.
I work with companies who have a long history of quality service in their community.
I can provide digital photographs of the property and the results of any services that you contract to have completed.
I am also able to provide BPO and CMA services for most properties within 48 hours.

Rates

ALL RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!

The standard rate for a drive-by CMA within 20 miles of our office is $75.00. An additional $25.00 will be added for every 10 miles thereafter.
If your order will require listing the property at a later date, or you expect you will be requesting services frequently please feel free to discuss the needs and the goals of your company at the time of your order.
All other orders are determined by the criteria necessary to complete the order.
