NO BURN
The NO BURN product was developed by accident. A popsicle stick manufacturer,
in an attempt to prevent splintering in their sticks, tried treating them with various non-toxic substances to determine if they could make their sticks safer. After each failed attempt the sticks were burned. After yet one more attempt to find the formula that
would minimize splintering some cases of sticks treated with this formula were sent
to be burned. They lit the boxes on fire and they burned away leaving the sticks
a little blackened but still there...they poured charcoal lighter fluid on them and
they still wouldn't burn. Only staining and blackening on the ones most wet with
the fluid. They could not get rid of these things!

The product was created with derivatives from vegetables and it would be ingested
in small amounts through the process of eating a popsicle, so it has been tested
quite rigorously. If one desired they could actually drink the product although it
might cause a mild case of indigestion. Imagine what this product can do in your
home! It was sprayed on the bare lumber as the home was constructed. It was
in the primer that was painted on the walls. It was misted on the carpeting and
curtains and furniture. If something in your home were to catch on fire the
damage would be contained and be very minimal and think of the time factor
in discovery and evacuation of the home! I have seen demonstrations with a
piece of paper one half treated with NO BURN and dried and the other not. The untreated side was lit with a lighter and burned quickly. As the fire crept up the
paper it extinguished itself when it reached the NO BURN treatment. Another
attempt to burn the paper with the lighter was tried and the paper would not
ignite. Maybe you cannot build a home from the ground up, but would like to
protect the one you have now. NO BURN can be sprayed on carpeting
furniture and curtains and can be painted on the walls with primer or paint.
Commercial buildings with many tenants or expensive office equipment or
irreplaceable documents would be better protected with this retardant material
