The current website was created by one of the fitness instructors in her spare time. You have been asked to recommend how the presentation of the website could be improved.
Visit the websites of at least four other leisure/activity organisations. You can use the following two web addresses as starting points. Follow this link to learn how to use search engines effectively.
Identify effective features that have been used on these sites, e.g. colour, text, graphics, navigation tools, sound, animation, etc. (Take notes with Microsoft Word).
Produce a draft two-page report suggesting how the Smarts website could be improved. Remember that draft copies should be double spaced so you can write in corrections when you proofread it. Include examples of the effective features you found on other sites.
Print your report and then proofread it. Make corrections on your printed copy then fix your draft report.
Produce a good copy of your report. Remember to switch to single line spacing.
Save your report as LEISURE CENTRE REPORT.
Make sure to create a footer at the bottom of any work you have done. The footer should include your name and form, your candidate number, and your centre number.
Save the report as REPORT ON LEISURE CENTRE COMPETITION.
