Reply to the email. Mr. Redhead's address can be found at the top of his e-mail.
Put a subject for the e-mail in the subject line.
Put a quick note in the body of the e-mail explaining who the e-mail is for.
Attach a copy of your report done in Exercise 3 and your letter to Mr. Smarts from Exercise 4 to your e-mail.
Save your e-mail. Follow this link to learn how to save e-mails.
Capture a screen shot of your email and paste it into a word processing document. Make sure that it clearly shows the content, recipient and attachment.
In a Header, label the printout SMARTS EMAIL.
Make sure to create a footer at the bottom of any work you have done. The footer should include your name and form, your candidate number, and your centre number.
Save the document as SMARTS EMAIL.
