Troubleshooting Continued

The pump discharge is continuous or intermittent when the dock is supposed to be empty

  1. Check hose connections for leaks. 

  2. Check pump box for leaks.

  3. Check flexible outer envelope for leaks. First check connection points for frame and matt then outlet.

  4. Finally you may have to remove the dock for inspection and maintenance.

 Power Information

SeaPen DryDoc is powered by 12 volt DC only.

The SeaPen DryDoc may be powered from your boat battery using an extension cable. One end plugged into your boat 12 volt DC outlet, and the other end plugged into the DryDoc control box external power socket.

  1. You may also use an OPTIONAL transformer for 240volt supply.

  2. You may also use the OPTIONAL battery. See options.

  3. You may also connect an OPTIONAL solar panel to the OPTIONAL battery. See options.

Warning:-

Never Connect Solar Panels to Control box without first connecting to a battery as the extra voltage will damage the Control box circuits
