Options

This section covers the many options available for your SeaPen DryDoc and how they operate.   You may use any or all of these options to enhance your boating pleasure.

 Manual Deployment

If you have purchased a manual control box, the air for inflating and deflating  the inflatable collars is manually controlled.   

TO CLOSE you must open the inline air valve. Start the air pump. Place the air hose connection on the air outlet marked CLOSE. This will inflate the inflatable collars and deploy the dock up or closed. When fully closed, switch off the air pump and close the inline air valve. Switch on the water pump. Water pump will switch off automatically when empty.

TO OPEN you must open the inline air valve. Start the air pump. Place the air hose connection  on the air outlet marked OPEN. This will deflate the inflatable collars. You must flood the dock by pushing the collar, below the water, with an oar and allow water to flood in. This will finish deploying the dock down or open. Switch off the air pump and water pump.

 Automatic Deployment

If you have purchased an automatic control box the air for inflating and deflating  the inflatable deployment collars is automatically controlled. 

TO CLOSE  push the air switch to the CLOSED position. Air will be pumped into the inflatable deployment collars, Air will shut off automatically in approx. 7 minutes.

Switch on the water pump. Water pump will switch off automatically when empty. 

TO OPEN switch off the water pump. Push the air switch to the OPEN position. Air will be sucked from the inflatable deployment collars. Suction will shut off automatically in approx. 7 minutes.

Flood the dock by pushing the collar, below the water, with an oar and allow water to flood in. This will finish deploying the dock down or open.
