Though many call C69 a galaxy, in actual truth, C69 is a small cluster of stars by true galactic standards. A cloud of over two thousand solar systems, only some 300 light years across from rim to rim. It lies 30'000 light years away from the edge of TGEGC 1, a much larger galaxy where an assortment of races such as Human's and Elayan's originated from.

For any scientist, there is plenty to ponder though within this cluster of stars, for it has a higher than normal ratio of world's with breathable atmosphere's and a large assortment of sentient races have come into existance within this young cluster. These races are relatively new compared to some of the existing races in the universe and the history of C69 doesn't really start until the sol of 80'000 SC.

Travelling the deep void between TGEGC 1 and C69, a number of large fleets bore refugee's from the original galaxy, fleeing some disaster, though records do not tell what this disaster could have been. Choosing to settle down and start a new life in C69, these colonists began a program of mass colonial expansion within the C69 universe.

In time, these colonies became nations, each characteristically different from one to the next. These nations also engulfed the native races of the universe and these became as much a part of each nations culture as was originally brought from TGEGC 1.

Yet not all has been right in the C69 cluster of stars. For the last twenty thousand sol's since C69 has been colonised, the cluster has had more than it's fair shares of wars, scandles, evil scheming and plotting, devastation and natural disasters. Many nations now bear the scars of what has been a long filled history of tradegy and loss, though like the pheonix, each nation has eventually soared and risen from such terrible times, a fresh and still going.
