My thoughts have been of you all day and the
feelings that have transpired because of it.
Most people would think we were crazy and
maybe we are, but isnt it great? I feel a
connection to you that I've never felt before.

The emotions that welled up in my eyes as the
tears began to run slowly down my cheeks. Not
from sadness that I've felt in the past because
of the lonliness, but happiness from the feelings
that you touched so deeply. For, you touched me
to the very deepest depths of my inner soul. A
place no one has ever been. It feels so right
with you there.

I long for you to hold me in your arms, your
lips on mine as you kiss me tenderly but so
passionately. Without saying a word I know
your heart has joined with mine in a love
so rare. My every breath I take are thoughts
of you. To look into your eyes as the love
we share glows deeply.

Just looking into your eyes my heart begins
to quicken with every beat, those little
butterflies dancing around.

I've been waiting all my life for you.
Maybe this explains why we had to go
through all the past pains and hurts
from what we thought was love in order
for us to finally connect and to cherish.
