Panic disorder is a unrationlized fear of something that strikes out of nowhere. These attacks can leave a person scared that they are dying. Most people refuse to go out because that's when the attacks happen the most.

The person feels they are losing control when a attack happens. Usually, breathing is hard. Their heart will race, they become sweaty and more and more anxious by the minute. Sometimes, a person fears they are having a heartattack, when they are taken to the hospital and monitored, they find nothing and don't have any symptoms left to try and diagnose the problem. Usually going to the hospital for a attack will happen more than once, and each time, nothing will be found.
