We're not viewing this as a bad thing. It does make us a little sad that we won't get him home as soon as we wanted to, but that's ok. He's just not ready yet.
The doctors said that we would probably be another 2 months here. So we're making plans to be here for a little while longer.
We've been able to spend a lot of time with Ty this weekend! He just loves being held! He's starting to smile more and loves watching TV! Since his hernia surgery, he has been so good! He has been so happy and just loves to have company! The nurses have all said that he is such a snuggler! They said that they really like having him because they get to hold him and snuggle with him!
We are just so lucky that we have him! He is a blessing from God and he's going to touch so many people's lives!!
Well from what I hear, we've taken over the title of the oldest baby in the NICU. You know what though, there's babies that have been here alot longer with alot worse problems! We're just taking it day by day! We'll get home!
