Lindsay Marie Buffington Updates from Home

We've had a lot of fun with Lindsay home!! She's been doing really well and it's been so wonderful! We are now so anxious to get Ty home!

It's been really tough with her home and Ty still at the hospital. We've wanted to be with Ty so bad because of everything that he's going through, but we have to be here to take care of Lindsay too.

Thanks to some great family and friends we have been able to survive this week! My parents came up from Mississippi earlier in the week and last week Amy, Renae and Sue came up to help us! It was a blessing having them here to watch Lindsay as we went to the hospital to take care of Ty. It really made a huge difference with them here and let us use our time move efficiently!

Lindsay has been getting used to being somewhere other than at the hospital. She's starting to sleep more at night and is eating better. She really has been acting good too. She likes to play and watch Nascar and Football on the TV.

She still loves to snuggle and will let you hold her as long as you can! Her favorite is to take a bottle and then lie on your chest and snuggle as she takes a nap!

We still have a lot deal with in taking care of her. She has alot of appointments at the hospital. Candi has taken off work and has been staying here at the Ronald McDonald house with Lindsay to take her to her appointments and to take care of her. After I get off of work I go to see Ty for a while and then come watch Lindsay while Candi goes to the hospital to see him.

Since my time has been stretched thin, I may not be able to get up as many update as I would like. But I'll try to make them as informative as I can. Thank you all for your support, help and prayers!
