又到秋天啦,舊年因為太肥,加上成日未到中午就肚餓,所以九,十月開始改左飲食習慣,決定早餐食飽d,去粥鋪買白粥+炒粉麵,飽到下晝3,4點再食d燒賣粉果或菜肉包,晚餐正常照舊,半年後過左新年去磅,嘩,得番百六,足足減左廿幾磅!
我估計係因為避開左晏晝出街食個d油鹽糖,同埋白粥清腸胃既關係.個碟飯又多油又多鹽,再加埋個杯凍奶茶既糖,嘩,真係想唔肥都唔得啦!
早知就唔掉晒d著唔落既褲落回收筒啦,有條唔係太緊既無掉到,今年變番啱啱好呀!
雖然跟住呢半年無食白粥炒麵(食左半年啦大佬),食多左少少,不過都keep住無重番,好彩.
我決定今年再黎過,睇下今年可唔可以再減少d多餘既肥膏先!
白粥炒麵,我又黎啦!
不過體質因人而異,所以唔好盲目學我,多謝大家.
