Taking refuge in the Triple Jewel is to take refuge in the :

1. The Buddha's Jewel

2. The Dharmma's Jewel

3. The Sangha's Jewel

To take refuge is to sincerely submit one's life.

To take refuge in the limitless Triple Jewel means to take refuge with the Buddha, the Dharmma and the Sangha.

When one takes refuge, he/she must have good conduct in line with the Buddha's teachings and refrain from killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, lying, taking intoxicants and destroying nature. Remember that one can only benefit from taking refuge when one practices good deeds.
