Celebrating Excellence in Volunteerism

AVID Readers attended the Tulsa Volunteer of the Year Awards Luncheon at the Sheraton Hotel, April 26, 2001. Each year individuals and groups are recognized for their contributions in our community. AVID Readers nominated several people to receive awards in various categories.

It is impossible to adequately express our gratitude for each AVID volunteer. We cannot calculate the full extent their gracious sharing, one-to-one, may benefit individuals and our community. AVID Readers is proud to have hundreds of youth and adult volunteers and we thank them all for their selfless gifts of time.
