Day 2
Saturday March 26, 2022
I got up ready to start the day.

I headed out to Summerlin. Jimbo & Katy were at Rampart with their friends Steve and Dani so stopped by to see them before they headed back to California. Jimbo & Katy checked out and we all went over to Suncoast where they'd be staying the next few nights.

I started with a light lunch of Matzo Ball Soup from their deli which was quite good.

Next up was play time. We found a bank of 10-plays. I decided since I didn't need to give much action to Boyd I'd limit the potential losses and played for dimes. I also chose airport deuces for a change. Up and down session that turned around when I got dealt trip deuces and filled them in on two lines.

Play continued and I dumped a junk hand, turned to talk to Jimbo and heard credits racking up. Look at the screen and drew 4 deuces on line 10.

More play and I hit another set of deuces. All this sounds good but I wasn't hitting much else. I had to get going and cashed out with a $123 win.

I left Suncoast to meet up with Anne, Steve, Stacy and Evelyn at Juan's Flaming Fajitas. Good time was had by all and the food was good although the service sucked. I fired the waiter 5 times.

I came back to The Orleans and hit the casino a for a little while. A few penny slots and some nice hits for some small profits.

I switched it up to video poker next and triple play airport deuces progressives for quarters. The royals were now at $2100, $1500 and $1100. While I was playing a lady on the other side of the bank hit the middle line. I wasn't hitting anything. Best hand was 1 dirty royal and 1 dealt quint. It wasn't enough to overcome though and I dropped $198.

I played a few more penny games and grabbed a little more profit thanks to a bonus round. Even though it was still early I was beat and cashed in for the night. Saturday night in Vegas and I'm in the room at 9:30pm.
