The 1 Cdn Paras are the WWII group of the Maritimes for re-enactors. There are other WWII groups, vehicle club for example, but the Paras do the combat styled stuff. This group parades, does annual training, goes to the U.S. for re-enactments and have other companies in the U.S. and Canada. The leadership of this group has put in place a good constitution,  good leadership criteria and is officially recognized by the 1 Cdn Paras veterans Association. If would like to join a group with a good connection to our WWII vets, this is the group for you.
