This is the summer I spent working at the NSSL. Since there was a deadline to have my project completed, we were not able to go out as much as possible. Plus, Oklahoma in June and July can be fairly slim pickens. Due to this reason, we made several trips north to the central plains where June is prime pickens for supercells. There was also some late season chasing after my internship that produced unexpected favorable results. |
