About Me

One of my many interests in meteorology is research. I always love to find out why things happen. I guess that is why I am in a science field or work. On this page I will post my latest research findings as I complete them. Through college I did not take full advantage of my research opportunities, but I am trying to catch up for lost time.

The only work I have published to date (1-4-02) is to be a co-author on a conference preprint pertaining to the work I did when I was doing my internship at the National Severe Storms Laboratory  in Norman, OK. Below you will find a link to that paper.

SYNOPTIC AND SPATIAL VARIABILITY OF THE RAINFALL ALONG THE NORTHERN PERUVIAN COAST DURING THE 1997-8 EL NIņO EVENT

I just finished a paper, and will be submitting it for publication soon. It discusses a mini-supercell event on 29 October, 2000. Below is a link to that paper, but remember, this has limited peer review and will be subject to revisions as it goes through the review process.
