Night 38 at Camp Villain.  The Final Three celebrate their good fortune.  Sandra is ready to go home to her family.  Her husband is deployed in Afghanistan.  She goes to sleep first, leaving Russell and Parvati at the campfire.

Day 39, the Last Day!  All three go to the tree-mail site and find a huge feast awaiting.  Russell is pleased that he's succeeded a second time in making it to the finals.  They devour a huge breakfast.  Later, Parvati tells Russell that had Jerri won the Immunity Challenge, she would have voted to boot Sandra.  It's Parvati's 114th day of playing "Survivor".  Russell goes for a walk, leaving Sandra and Parvati to scheme.  Sandra decides to toss Russell's mangy hat into the fire!  He returns and notices it missing right away.  Neither of the women admit to knowing what happened to it.  They burn the rest of the camp burn down before leaving.

The Final Tribal Council.  Jeff gives his usual speech about the power shifting now to the Jury.  The Final Three make their speeches.  Sandra points out how all of her initial allies were voted off by Russell and his alliance.  Also how she tried three times to get the Heroes to boot him off.  She made it to the finals all by herself.  Russell kept his speech short, saying the he played The Game hard and apologizes if he offended anyone.  Parvati tells the Jury that she didn't realize that she was a threat and that she used Russell, keeping him like a pet dragon.  She says she played the ultimate strategy, social and physical game to reach the finals.

Colby is the first of the Jury to speak.  He calls Russell delusional for not think there is any element of luck in The Game.  Colby then asks Parvati about her strategic moves.  She answers that everybody wanted her out from the beginning, so she had to play hardest.  She also brought up how she played two idols to keep her alliance whole.

Coach comes out swinging.  He calls Parvati a charmer, Russell a schemer, and tells Sandra she's a coattail rider.  He then trashes Russell for his dishonesty and Sandra for being basically useless.  Coach tells Parvati he has come to respect her, even though she betrayed him.

Amanda and Courtney basically gave Sandra more opportunities to make her pitch.  So Sandra again talked about how she tried to warn the Heroes about Russell and how she was loyal to her allies.

JT asks Russell how he thinks the Jury will consider his strategy?  Russell answers that he believes they will respect his game-play.  Parvati responds to a similar question by trashing Sandra, calling her a sleeper.  Sandra defends herself saying she played as hard as she could.

Danielle and Candice both trash Russell.  Danielle says he has poor Jury-management skills.  Candice calls both he and Parvati dirty liars.

Jerri tells the Finalists that she is still undecided.  She asks Russell why he voted her off?  He answers that he had to take into account that she never really did anything against the Jury members.  Parvati tells Jerri that Russell was confident that he'd have her vote.  Jerri tells Sandra that for all of her talk about being loyal, she did blindside her.   Touché!

Finally, Rupert begins by launching into a tirade at Russell.  He calls him dishonest, manipulative, etc.  Rupert then thanks Sandra for trying to help the Heroes and wishes they had listened to her.  He finishes by telling Parvati that he thinks she did fight hard to make it to the Final Three.

It's time for the Jury to vote.  We see Jerri, Coach and Danielle vote for Parvati and Rupert, Candice and Courtney vote for Sandra.  Jeff collects the ballot urn and then walks from Samoa to the stage at the Rockefeller Theater in New York City.  He counts the votes.  It's tied 3-3 between Sandra and Parvati.  The next two votes are for Sandra, making her the winner of "Survivor:  Heroes vs. Villains".  We never learn who got the 9th vote.

At the Reunion Show, Russell was fuming, especially after Jeff refers to Sandra as being the best player ever, since she is now the only person to win twice.  Russell unloads his frustration on Sandra and says that The Game is flawed, that the fan audience ought to get a vote, too.  Sandra says her success is because she is a fan of the show and knows what is needed to win.  Jeff asks Tom what he thinks about Sandra winning?  Tom answers that The Game is 1/3 strategy, 1/3 social & physical, and 1/3 pure luck.

Other interesting events followed.  JT grabbed the letter he wrote Russell out of his hands and tried to throw it in the fire.  Parvati thinks that aligning herself with Russell hurt her chances with the Jury.  Jeff tells her that she has now played more game days, 114 and is tied with Colby at winning the most challenges, seven.  Boston Rob tries to advise Russell to play a better social game if there's a next time.  JT wins an award for the dumbest ever moment in "Survivor" history, giving Russell the immunity idol.  Amanda is tied with Russell and as the only other person to make it to the finals twice and never win.  The Sprint Fan Favorite award of $100,000 boiled down to between Rupert and Russell, with Russell winning!  Candice is now married and Boston Rob and Amber are proud parents of a baby girl!  On a sad note, former player, Jenn Lyon, died earlier this year from cancer.
