Season 20 begins with our 10 heroes and 10 villains from the past
being flown in by 4 Huey helicopters.  No "Ride of the Valkyrie" though.
Jeff greets both groups and poses a few questions.  Some wonder why
they are on their tribe?

The Heroes consist of Colby, James, Tom, Stephanie, Rupert, Sugar,
Candice, Cirie, JT and Amanda.  The Villains are Russell (of course),
Randy, Boston Rob, Jerri, Coach, Tyson, Parvati, Courtney, Sandra
and Danielle.  Probably the best question asked by Jeff was to Colby
about how, after the second season in Australia, many babies were
named Colby.  After a shrug and blush, Colby retorts that he heard
plenty of dogs were named after him.  LOL!

The first Reward Challenge was a scrum-fest where teams of two from
each tribe had to find a large sack, then get it back to their mat while
being opposed by the other team of two.  First tribe that scores 3
points wins fire starter gear.  Round 1 has Steph and Cirie vs Parvati
and Danielle.  Cirie finds the sack and the wrestling begins.  Danielle
scores first, giving the Villains a point.  Stephanie dislocates her right
shoulder!  The medics are called in and a doctor resets her arm with
a loud crunching pop.  Ewww!

Round 2 has Amanda & JT vs Jerri & Randy.  Jerri finds the buried
sack first but can't dig it out as she gets swamped.  The struggle con-
tinues until JT grabs the sack and races to the Hero mat.  The game is
tied one all.  Round 3 has Colby & Tom vs Coach & Russell.  Evil
Russell finds the sack but Tom ties him up and Colby makes the steal.
But Coach wrestles Colby and 'frog-walks' him to the Villain mat and
scores for the Bad Guys!  Colby feels humiliated.

Round 4 is Sandra & Courtney vs Sugar & Candice.  Courtney finds the
sack but Candice steals.  The Villains take her down, but Candice gets
the sack to Sugar.  Sandra & Courtney wrestle with Sugar, whom
breaks away by allowing her bikini top to be removed.  Sugar scores!
The game is tied 2-2.  Final Round has James & Rupert vs Rob & Tyson.
Tyson finds the sack and digs it out and everyone scrambles on top
of him.  But Big James, the Grave Digger, fights everyone off and takes
the sack all the way to victory.  Rupert, however, is also injured.  His
left foot has two broken toes!  He refuses medical attention as he
wants to stay in The Game.

Both tribes head to their camp sites.  The Villains start working on
their shelter, as Russell starts working on alliances.  LOL!  He gets
Danielle to agree to going for the Final 2.  Then he chats up Parvati,
who plays along, but knows better than to trust him.  Over at Hero
Beach, they chuckle over their injuries and Sugar going topless.  They
quickly organize and start building a shelter.  Tom spots some wild
chickens, which they manage to catch using a net!  A rooster and 3
hens.  A coop is quickly built and the chickens are secure.

Night 1 at Camp V finds the group amusing themselves over how beat
up the Heroes are.  Coach's manhandling of Colby impresses Jerri,
who cozies up to him.  The next morning, Russell and the others tease
Coach and Jerri about starting a show-mance.  Or could it be true love?
We'll have to wait and see how this unfolds.

Day 2 at Hero Beach finds plenty of alliances being formed.  James and
JT, Colby and Candice, etc.  Some are concerned about those who
played together on previous seasons as having an advantage.  For
example, Tom and Stephanie quickly bond and ally themselves.  Since
both Tom and JT have won before, they decide to ally, removing one
potential Jury obstacle.  Back at Camp V, the gang gets a bit lazy, so
Rob shakes things up building a fire without flint.  Randy tries to talk
him out of trying, but he and others help out and the effort rewards
the Villains with fire.  Russell gets jealous over the attention Rob earns.

Back at Hero Beach, Rupert stops working on the shelter, as his toes
are hurting.  So he tries to start a fire using the flint.  All he manages
to do is waste half of the magnesium.  JT and Colby take over and
quickly get a fire going.  Rob tries to trick Coach into climbing a tall
tree to get palm frowns, but Coach chickens out,  A wise move.  That
night, Sugar feels lonely and tries to cozy up with Colby.  But he's
having nothing to do with her.  She annoys him and others, robbing
them of much needed sleep.

Day 3 and the Heroes decide which chicken will be breakfast.  JT has
the honors of killing the hen.  Tree mail arrives announcing the first
Immunity Challenge.  Both tribes head to Challenge Beach to square
off.  Jeff explains the event.  Six players from each tribe will use 7
planks to assemble a boat.  Then paddle off shore to light a torch from
a fire urn.  Return to shore and disassemble the boat for the planks.
The other 4 players then must assemble a puzzle.  Once done, the
puzzle and planks are used to build a ladder for a platform.  First tribe
to get all members on top of the platform wins.

The Heroes start out with a big lead.  They get their boat built quickly
and reach the fire urn before the Villains get in the water.  But after
the Heroes hand off to the puzzle team, things go down hill.  Cirie,
Rupert, Sugar and Stephanie (or is it Amanda?), have trouble figuring
it out.  The Villains catch up and their puzzle team breezes past the
Heroes.  As the Bad Guys build their ladder, the Heroes give up and
watch as the Villains win Immunity for their tribe.  Sugar starts to cry.
Boo-Hoo!

While the Villains celebrate at their camp, the mood at Hero Beach is
sullen.  Rupert tries to rally his tribe.  Amanda's name comes up as a
boot choice, as does Sugar, Cirie, Tom and Stephanie.  That's half
the tribe!  It comes down to a strategic move of eliminating a strong
player or getting rid of the weakest.

At Tribal Council, Jeff shows off his new digs, an open top tree house.
He asks the gang about how past relationships may play a role in who
gets booted.  Tom is not worried.  Sugar disagrees and thinks it is a
valid consideration.  Past successes are then discussed.  Amanda
thinks it's a positive.  Cirie tries to deflect her successes.  Steph says
the first boot is the hardest, but she wants the tribe to be strong.
James is critical of the puzzle team.  Tom agrees with Stephanie about
keeping the tribe strong.

It's time to vote.  We get no clues.  Jeff gathers the ballots and reads
them off.  Sugar voted for Amanda, and the rest give Sugar the boot.
She isn't phased and goes quietly down the walk of shame.

SPOILERS:  Another injury!  This one looks serious as Jerri comes
across Boston Rob, who fell and hit his head on a rock.  Medics
arrive and try to revive him.  Oh-Oh!
