A Message From Your Host:

Hi, it's me, Andy Zarowny, writer, publisher, and webmaster, of
Survivor Review.  Just want to take this opportunity by thank-
ing all of you for supporting and visiting this site.  I began it
earlier this year, during "Survivor:  Marquesas", at the encour-
agement of some friends.  But it was only recently, in the past
few weeks, that the web site has really taken off.  With no ad-
vertising, and damn few links from other Survivor fan sites, I
have developed a pretty decent following, with thousands of
visitors weekly.

As those of you who have emailed me know, I respond to all
who care to comment and share their opinions with me.  It's
becoming quite a task to keep up.  The major complaints have
always been A) those annoying pop-up ads, and B) the URL
address.  Since I posted this site on my free web shell with
Angelfire-Lycos, the pop-up ads came with the territory.  But,
last week, I finally decided that enough people were visiting to
upgrade and eliminate those pop-ups.  So you can now enjoy
your visits in peace and quiet.

On 11/14/02, I made it official and plopped-down my $35 and
registered www.survivorreview.com.  Hopefully, this will make
life easier on everyone.  My short-ranged goals are to get the
site revamped for this change.  The long-term goals are to
continue to write and pontificate on our favorite Reality TV
series.   Also, to keeping the site as simple and as uncompli-
cated as possible.  I won't deluge you in pictures, graphics,
audio and flash files, or other bandwidth-eating minutia.  I,
unlike many web designers, understand that most residential
Internet users are still using dial-up connections to access the
Web.  And not everyone is up to 56kps modems, either.

So browse and enoy!  Tell your friends!  Email them the links!
Without you, my dear readers, I wouldn't have gone through
all the bother.  Thanks again!

Andy Zarowny

What They're Saying About Survivor Review:

Kevin from Grand Blanc, MI:  "Your site has great content.  Your writing is very witty."
(Thanks, Kevin.  I know I'm witty.  Or as Oscar Wilde would say, I am like a stream of
        bat's urine.
)

Margaret from Montreal, Quebec:  "I like your site very much.  How do you know so
much?"  (Simple, Margaret, I call Miss Cleo.)

Mary from Redwood City, CA:  "Clever and amusing. Andy you are an excellent satirist."
(Thank you very much. I do try to be near-perfect.)

Lydia from San Diego, CA:  "You spend entirely too much time watching television.  You
need a new girl friend with lots of sex toys."  (Hmmmm, I'll give that some serious
      consideration.
)
