(8/29/00) Project Gold is the current project as of right now. We have just done some minor work so far but hopefully we'll get a lot done this winter.

1. WEEKEND 1 - (8/26/00) Statistics and first day of ownership pictures of Gold.
2. WEEKEND 2 - (9/2/00) On this weekend we ripped out all the seats in both Jeepsters and inventoried what we had.
3. WEEKEND 3 - (9/23/00) Not a lot got done this weekend. We finished cleaning Gold up, mounted the towbar and hauled it over to Neil's Dad's place where it will reside for the winter.
4. WEEKEND 4 - (9/30/00) This was our first big project weekend. We really ripped Gold apart. We ended up taking the body off and the engine out. We did a pretty good job for four people who had never done it before.
5. WEEKEND 5 - (10/14/00) We finished the main part of the stripdown of Gold this weekend. There wasn't actually much left to be down so we worked on our primary transportations also. You know Oil Change, Air Filter, Muffler repair, normal stuff.
6. WEEKEND 6 - (11/11/00) Gold is now stripped as for as she'll go. Damn, put some clothes on!
7. WEEKEND 7 - (1/6/01) Welcome to the 21st Century. All we really did this weekend was snowmobile. We were lazy.
8. WEEKEND 8 - (1/13/01) The weekend of the Broken Bolt Massacre!
9. WEEKEND 9 - (2/10/01) It took awhile but we finally got the frame sandblasted.
10. WEEKEND 10 - (2/17/01) The frame is now finished being welded and some of the painting is done.
11. WEEKEND 11 - (3/3/01) This is a weekend of cleaning and XJ prep work.
