Dixie Heights coach Tara Smith started the following lineup: 6-0 So. Brooke Davis, 6-0 Jr. Jenna Bluemlein, 6-3 Sr. Liza Tibbs, 5-5 So. Kylie Brock, and 5-5 So. Riley East.  Madison Central coach Robert Cooksey countered with 6-0 So. Mallie Cornett, 5-10 So. Lindsey Johns, 5-9 Sr. Ravin Cain, 5-5 Jr. Emily Willoughby, and 5-8 So. Kasi Schneid.

Madison Central defeated Dixie Heights by a score of 33-30.  The score was tied four times and there were six lead changes in this game.  Madison Central shot 25.6% from the field including two of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Indians connected on 11 of 21 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored six points off 12 Dixie Heights turnovers.  Dixie Heights shot 25% from the field including zero of seven from beyond the arc.  The Lady Colonels connected on six of six free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and did not score off 10 Madison Central turnovers.

Emily Willoughby led Madison Central with 12 points and six rebounds.  Lindsey Johns added nine points and four rebounds.  Ravin Cain chipped in with seven points and four rebounds.  Mallie Cornett pulled down six rebounds and blocked five shots.

Liza Tibbs led Dixie Heights with 14 points, 16 rebounds, and two blocked shots.  5-7 Fr. Caroline Buddenberg added six points.

Clay County defeated East Jessamine by a score of 69-36.  Clay County shot 22 of 36 from 2-point range and six of 13 from the three point line.  The Lady Tigers connected on seven of 13 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and committed eight turnovers.  East Jessamine shot 11 of 35 from 2-point range and three of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Jaguars connected on six of 12 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and committed 14 turnovers.

5-5 Sr. Ajaycia Cotton led Clay County with 24 points including three three point baskets.  5-8 Jr. Kelli Roberts added 20 points on 10 of 13 from the field and pulled down nine rebounds.  5-7 7th Grade Kaylee Mathis recorded nine points and 6-0 Sr. Courtney Woods pulled down eight rebounds.

5-8 Sr. Sarah Rainwater, 6-0 Sr. Savannah Carr, and 5-10 Jr. Emma Young led East Jessamine with eight, eight, and seven points respectively.

Lafayette coach Allison Denton started the following lineup: 6-0 Sr. Dee Givens, 5-9 Jr. Aisha Conwell, 6-4 Sr. Ashanti Thomas, 5-1 So. Lataya Winn, and 5-11 So. Kiara Pankins.  Madison Southern coach Summer Simmons countered with 5-9 Jr. Briana Lanham, 5-10 Sr. Rachel Ramey, 5-11 So. Marley Lawson, 5-4 Sr. Kelley Freeman, and 5-10 Sr. Kristen Hayes.

5-8 Fr. Caroline Bennett nailed a three point basket late in the game to give Lafayette a 61-58 victory over Madison Southern.  Lafayette took a 36-24 early in the third quarter but Madison Southern battled back behind the relentless penetration to the rim by Kristen Hayes and the relentless pounding of the offensive boards by Briana Lanham.  There were six lead changes and two ties in this game.  This was a hotly contested game with Ashanti Thomas, Dee Givens, and Kendyl Powell fouling out for Lafayette and three technical fouls being assessed on the two teams.

Lafayette shot 36.8% from the field including three of 10 from the three point line.  The Lady Generals connected on 16 of 22 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 14 Madison Southern turnovers.  Madison Southern shot 31% from the field including four of 19 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Eagles connected on 18 of 25 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 14 Lafayette turnovers.

Dee Givens led Lafayette with 17 points, four rebounds, four assists, and four steals.  Kiara Pankins added 15 points and six rebounds.  Ashanti Thomas recorded 11 points, seven rebounds, and two blocked shots.  5-8 So. Kendyl Powell chipped in with nine points and five rebounds.

Kristen Hayes led Madison Southern with 20 points, five rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Briana Lanham added 19 points including two three point baskets and 16 rebounds.  Marley Lawson and Rachel Ramey chipped in with nine and seven points respectively.

Lafayette raced out to a 25-2 first quarter lead on their way to a 55-16 victory over Middlesboro.  Lafayette shot 47.9% from the field including two of six from the three point line.  The Lady Generals connected on seven of 14 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 31 points off 27 Middlesboro turnovers.  Middlesboro shot 23.1% from the field including one of six from beyond the arc.  The Lady Jackets connected on three of four free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and scored five points off 12 Lafayette turnovers.

Aisha Conwell led Lafayette with 13 points, five rebounds, five assists, and three steals.  Dee Givens added 11 points and seven steals.  Ashanti Thomas chipped in with 10 points.

Hannah Warren led Middlesboro with five points.  Bailey Brunsma added four points and Lauren Spurlock pulled down five rebounds.

Garrard County coach Scott Latham started the following lineup: 5-8 Jr. Madison Davis, 5-9 Sr. Hannah Contini, 5-10 So. Sis Logan, 5-6 So. Maddy Day, and 5-7 Jr. Randa Morris.  Madison Central coach Robert Cooksey countered with 5-10 So. Lindsey Johns, 5-9 Sr. Ravin Cain, 6-0 So. Mallie Cornett, 5-5 Jr. Emily Willoughby, and 5-8 So. Kasi Schneid.

Madison Central trailed 20-19 after three quarters but rallied to defeat Garrard County by a score of 33-28.  There were eight lead changes and 10 ties in this game.  Neither team could find the basket today as Madison Central shot 11.8% from the field and Garrard shot 16.7%.  There were a total of 46 fouls and 58 free throws attempted in the game.

Madison Central shot 11.8%  from the field including one of nine from the three point line.  The Lady Indians connected on 20 of 28 free throws, pulled down 47 rebounds, and scored nine points off 20 Garrard County turnovers.  Garrard County shot 16.7% from the field including zero of seven from beyond the arc.  The Lady Lions connected on 16 of 30 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 21 Madison Central turnovers.

Mallie Cornett led Madison Central with 12 points including 10 of 14 free throws, nine rebounds, eight blocked shots, and three steals.  Ravin Cain added seven points and eight rebounds.  Lindsey Johns pulled down eight rebounds.

Sis Logan led Garrard County with nine points and four rebounds.  Maddy Day added six points and four rebounds.

Clay County defeated Bourbon County by a score of 55-48.  Clay County shot 12 of 25 from 2-point range and five of 15 from the three point line.  The Lady Tigers connected on 16 of 22 free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and committed 18 turnovers.  Bourbon County shot 16 of 33 from 2-point range and two of four from beyond the arc.  The Lady Colonels connected on 10 of 26 free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and committed 23 turnovers.

5-5 Sr. Ajaycia Cotton led Clay County with 27 points including 11 of 12 free throws.  5-9 8th Grade Summer Parker added nine points.  5-8 Jr. Kelli Roberts pulled down 10 rebounds.

Ravin Cain led Madison Central with 13 points and 11 rebounds.  Lindsey Johns and Emily Willoughby added 11 and 10 points respectively.  Mallie Cornett recorded nine points, eight rebounds, and five blocked shots.

Sydney Weeks led LCA with 17 points and 13 rebounds.  Hannah Sue Hartley added 11 points including three three point baskets.  Haley Strunk recorded six points, six rebounds, and three steals.

Frankfort led 41-26 early in the third quarter but Madison Central buoyed by a 26-13 final quarter defeated the Lady Panthers 67-60.  Madison Central shot 43.15 from the field including five of nine from the three point line.  The Lady Indians connected on 12 of 20 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 20 Frankfort turnovers.  Frankfort shot 34.3% from the field including three of nine from beyond the arc.  The Lady Panthers connected on 11 of 19 free throws, pulled down 47 rebounds, and scored 31 points off 24 Madison Central turnovers.

Lindsey Johns led Madison central with 18 points.  Mallie Cornett added 17 points, eight rebounds, and 10 blocked shots.  Kasi Schneid recorded 15 points, seven rebounds, and four assists.

Brianna Burbridge led Frankfort with 28 points including three three point baskets, 12 rebounds, and four steals.  Jasmin Turpin added 12 points, seven rebounds, and four steals.  5-6 Jr. Jade Morgan recorded 11 points.

Bryan Station led 25-19 at halftime but Madison Central rallied in the second half to earn a 55-40 victory.  Madison Central shot 35.5% from the field including zero of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Indians connected on 11 of 24 free throws, pulled down 59 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 14 Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 26.2% from the field including two of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Defenders connected on four of 12 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 17 Madison Central turnovers.

Mallie Cornett led Madison Central with 20 points, 12 rebounds, and six blocked shots.  Lindsey Johns added 13 points and 10 rebounds.  Kasi Schneid recorded 10 points, five rebounds, and five assists.  Ravin Cain pulled down nine rebounds.

Carah Burdette led Bryan Station with 11 points and four steals.  Brittany White added 10 points and five rebounds.  Zaria Elery recorded six points, six rebounds, and four steals.  Darian Mitchell pulled down eight rebounds.
