Trinity coach Mike Szabo started the following lineup: 6-5 Fr. Jayden Johnson, 6-2 Sr. CJ Walls, 6-4 Jr. Alex Johnson, 6-2 Sr. Cam McClain, and 6-3 Jr. Andrae Vasser. Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-5 Jr. Tyler Doyle, 6-5 Sr. Hudson Sparks, 7-1 Sr. Reece Potter, 6-0 Jr. John Reinhart, and 6-3 Jr. Brody Turner.

Lexington Catholic held on down the strech to defeat Trinity by the score of 52-47. Lexington Catholic shot 35.7% from the field including seven of 19 from the three point line. The Knights connected on 15 of 18 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored four points off eight Trinity turnovers. Trinity shot 36.2% from the field including nine of 26 from beyond the arc. The Shamrocks connected on four of four free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 10 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Hudson Sparks led Lexington Catholic with 21 points including three three point baskets, six of six free throws, four rebounds, and two assists. Reece Potter added 15 points and 17 rebounds. Tyler Doyle recorded seven points and four assists.

CJ Walls led Trinity with 15 points including three three point baskets, 10 rebounds, and two steals, Jayden Johnson added 14 points including four three point baskets. Cam McClain recorded seven points. Andrae Vasser added four points, seven rebounds, three assists, and two steals.
