Dixie Heights defeated Simon Kenton by the score of 33-20. Dixie Heights recorded 22 first downs and 409 yards of total offense. The Colonels were penalized nine times for 70 yards and lost a fumble. Simon Kenton recorded 21 first downs and 294 yards of total offense. The Pioneers were penalized twice for 20 yards and had a pass intercepted.
Pierce Rohlman led Dixie Heights’ ground game with 68 yards on 13 carries. Logan Landers carried the ball eight times for 49 yards and a touchdown. Mark Dugan recorded seven yards and two touchdowns on three carries. Logan Landers completed 14 of 23 passes for 258 yards and two touchdowns. Devin Holbert caught six passes for 137 yards and two touchdowns. Brach Rice added three receptions for 63 yards. Pierce Rohlman recorded three receptions for 24 yards. Colin Smith intercepted a pass.
Chase Crone led Simon Kenton’s ground game with 60 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries. Jayden Lawson carried the ball 15 times for 58 yards and a touchdown. Chase Crone completed 15 of 31 passes for 172 yards with one interception. Luke Morrison caught six passes for 85 yards. Chase Williams added seven receptions for 77 yards. Jayden Lawson returned three kickoffs for 32 yards. Zeb Sand returned one kickoff for 23 yards.
