Madison Central coach Brad Lovely started the following lineup: 5-10 Fr. Bailey Hensley, 5-10 Sr. Raelynn Miller, 5-11 Sr. Gretchen Hammitt, 5-4 So. Eve Carter, and 5-5 Sr. Brianna Bierbaum.  Bourbon County coach Bill Watson countered with 5-10 Sr. McLain Murphy, 5-9 Fr. Laiken Hardin, 5-11 Sr. Lyndsay Johnson, 5-5 Jr. Jaydyn Goodwin, and 5-7 Sr. Hannah Hammelback.

Madison Central took a 34-28 lead early in the third quarter bur Bourbon County went on a 32-8 run the rest of the game to earn a 60-42 victory.  The score was tied four times and there were five lead changes in the game.  Bourbon County shot 44% from the field including four of 17 from the three point line.  The Lady Colonels connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 24 Madison Central turnovers.  Madison Central shot 34.8% from the field including three of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Indians connected on seven of 18 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 18 Bourbon County turnovers.

Lyndsay Johnson led Bourbon County with 17 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, and three assists.  Hannah Hammelback added 12 points, five rebounds, two assists, and two steals.  Jaydyn Goodwin recorded 12 points, three rebounds, and three assists.  McLain Murphy added nine points, 10 rebounds, and two assists.

Bailey Hensley led Madison Central with 26 points including two three point baskets and seven rebounds.  Brianna Bierbaum added five points, four rebounds, and four assists.  Eve Carter recorded four points, eight rebounds, and two assists.  Raelynn Miller pulled down six rebounds.
