Bryan Station coach Nimbo Hammons started the following lineup: 6-3 Jr. Terik Mulder, 6-1 Sr. Timonte Newsome, 6-4 Jr. Cedric Poindexter, 5-8 Jr.J’Marious Lindsay, and 6-0 Sr. Myles Morones.  Lexington Christian Academy coach Ted Hall countered with 6-2 Jr. Tanner Walton, 6-1 Jr. Jeffrey Selby, 6-3 So. Tyler Hall, 5-9 So. Eli Green, and 5-11 Sr. Nathan Hall.

 

Lexington Christian Academy defeated Bryan Station by the score of 57-52.  There were three lead changes and seven ties in this game.  LCA shot 50% from the field including three of 14 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on six of 12 free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored six points off seven Bryan Station turnovers.  The Defenders connected on seven of 10 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 18 LCA turnovers.

 

Tanner Walton led LCA with 22 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocked shots.  6-0 Fr. Brayden Mirus added 13 points and three rebounds.  6-1 8th Grade Andersen Green recorded 12 points including two three point baskets.  Jeffrey Selby recorded five points and 12 rebounds. 

 

J’Marious Lindsay led Bryan Station with 12 points including two three point baskets, four rebounds, and three steals.  6-0 Sr. Trent Grundy added 12 points including two three point baskets and four rebounds.  Myles Morones recorded nine points, six rebounds, three assists, and four steals.  Cedric Poindexter chipped in with nine points and five rebounds.
