Wayne County coach Rodney Woods started the following lineup: 6-3 Sr. Nathan Burks, 6-1 Sr. Aubrey Weaver, 6-4 Jr. Thomas Spencer, 5-9 Sr. Garren Dishman, and 5-7 Jr. Kameron Gehring. Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-6 Sr. Josh Gowing, 6-6 Sr. Brice Scott, 6-7 Sr. Sam Vaughn, 5-11 Sr. Patrick Geoghegan, and 6-2 Sr. John Poulton.
Lexington Catholic pulled away in the final quarter to defeat Wayne County by a score of 59-48. There were five lead changes and eight ties in this game.
