Lafayette coach Mike Mendenhall III countered with 6-2 Sr. Javen Hardin, 5-10 Sr. Evan Dreux, 6-9 Jr. Ray Surratt, 5-5 So. Daniel Kinley, and 5-8 Sr. Caleb True.
Lafayette pulled away in the second half to defeat Bryan Station by a score of 72-64. There were eight lead changes and six ties in this game. Lafayette shot 50.9% from the field including four of 15 from the three point line. The Generals connected on 12 of 21 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 10 Bryan Station turnovers. James Lindsay led Bryan Station with 16 points including two three point baskets and five rebounds. Jalen Burbage added 11 points including two three point baskets, three rebounds, and three steals. Malik Black chipped in with 10 points.
