Scott coach Rhonda Klette started the following lineup: 5-8 Sr. Anna Clephane, 5-6 Jr. Emma Profitt, 5-9 Fr. Sofia Allen, 5-4 7th Grade Ava Coleman, and 5-6 Jr. Summer Secrist. Scott County coach Steve Helton countered with 5-10 Sr. Peyton Riddle, 5-8 Sr. Keyonna Christopher, 5-10 Sr. Zakiyia Holt, 5-9 Sr. Alexis Hoffman, and 5 -10 Sr. Emma Turner.
Scott County defeated Scott by a score of 93-69. Scott County shot 48% from the field including 15 of 32 from the three point line. The Lady Cardinals connected on six of 14 free throws, pulled down 48 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 11 Scott turnovers. Scott shot 32.5% from the field including zero of 13 from beyond the arc. The Eagles connected on 19 of 24 free throws, pulled down 47 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 17 Scott County turnovers.
5-10 Jr. Maaliya Owens led Scott County with 26 points including six three point baskets and six rebounds. Peyton Riddle added 20 points including four three point baskets, six rebounds, two blocked shots, and three steals. 5-5 So. Morgan DeFoor recorded 14 points, four rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Alexis Hoffman also reached double figures with 10 points.
Anna Clephane led Scott with 28 points including 12 of 14 free throws, seven rebounds, two blocked shots, and three steals. Summer Secrist added 21 points, 10 rebounds, and two steals. Sofia Allen recorded 18 points and 12 rebounds.
