Lafayette coach Allison Denton started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Macey Goff, 5-9 Sr. Caroline Bennett, 5-9 Sr. Tekiya Garr-Carter, 5-3 Sr. Terri Abram, and 5-7 Jr. Lindi DeBilzan.  Berea coach Dammian Stepp countered with 5-8 8^th Grade Alexis Newman, 5-6 8^th Grade Matilynn Stepp, 5-11 Jr. Adrienne Beggs, 4-11 8^th Grade Isis Rodgers, and 5-3 Fr. Melissa Gosney.

Lafayette recorded 19 steals, nine blocked shots, and scored 26 points off 29 Berea turnovers in a 53-21 victory over Berea.  Lafayette shot 42% from the field including four of 17 from the three point line.  The Lady Generals connected on seven of 15 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and also outscored Berea 28-2 in the paint.  Berea shot 18.8% from the field including three of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Pirates connected on six of 13 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored one point off 18 Lafayette turnovers.

Caroline Bennett led Lafayette with 15 points, five rebounds, and four steals.  Lindi DeBilzan added 13 points, six rebounds, four assists, five blocks, and seven steals.  Tekiya Garr-Carter recorded 10 points and seven rebounds.

Alexis Newman led Berea with nine points including two three point baskets and eight rebounds.  Adrienne Beggs added five points, nine rebounds, one block, and three steals.
