Lexington Christian Academy shut out Edmonson County by a score of 18-0. LCA recorded 17 first downs and 249 yards of total offense. They were not penalized today and did not have any turnovers. Edmonson County recorded six first downs and 102 yards of total offense. They had one pass intercepted.
Drayden Burton led LCA’s ground game with 97 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries. Dillon Wheatley carried the ball 13 times for 54 yards and a touchdown. Brayden Miller completed five of nine passes for 68 yards and a touchdown. Ryan Stucky caught five passes for 68 yards and a touchdown. Wyatt Southall led the defense with two solo and five assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling five yards. Caelan Lebryk added two solo and four assisted tackles. Ryan Stucky recorded two solo and three assisted tackles.
Zack Farmer led Edmonson County’s ground game with 39 yards on 10 carries. Tucker Cole completed five of seven passes for 47 yards with one interception. Zack Farmer caught three passes for 19 yards. Brayden Carey added two receptions for 28 yards. Brayden Carey led the defense with six solo and five assisted tackles. Zack Farmer added two solo and six assisted tackles. Isaac Schultz recorded one solo and seven assisted tackles.
