Scott County  vs.  Eastern

Scott County coach Billy Hicks started the following lineup: 6-5 Sr. Tamron Manning, 6-3 Sr. Isaiah Ivey, 6-4 Sr. Josh Harris, 6-0 Jr. Quin Richardson, and 6-1 So. Trenton Gilbert.  Eastern coach Jason Couch countered with 6-5 Sr. Percy Blade, 6-3 Sr. Tyrell Corlew, 6-6 Sr. Tyler Huff, 5-10 Sr. Michael Davis, and 6-0 Sr. Chris Hill.

Scott County defeated Eastern by a score of 83-67.  Scott County shot a sizzling 64.4% from the field including 71.4% (10-14) from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 15 of 19 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 14 Eastern turnovers.  Eastern shot 44.4% from the field including nine of 22 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on 18 of 24 free throws, pulled down 20 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 11 Scott County turnovers.

Isaiah Ivey led Scott county with 25 points.  Trenton Gilbert added 21 points including five three point baskets.  Tamron Manning recorded 20 points and four steals.

Michael Davis led Eastern with 19 points including three three point baskets.  Tyrell Corlew added 16 points and Percy Blade recorded 15 points and seven rebounds.

Eastern          21  13  16  17 – 67
