The current learning environment for the company is suitable for the class size. There is plenty of space and a comfortable temperature. Our recommendations are:

  • Move the class to an equal room but further from the production floor to reduce ambient noise levels. The new classroom should have accessibility to technology such as internet, overhead projector, and computers.

“A "culture" of group work needs to be developed that includes expectations regarding noise level, an atmosphere of trust, absence of "put-downs," equal participation, and willingness to help one another” (Johnson, 1985).
