I take that back. I just got a phonecall, they want to see me about a job. I'll probably be nervous all week. It'd be a BIG change for me, but maybe that's what I need. I've been standing still for years now... As someone once said; Either it'll go great or it won't. And I'll never know if I don't try...

This New Year's eve I'm just going to stay at home and be lazy. Do it the old fashioned way. I've been invited to celebrate with some great friends, and in a way I'm tempted to go...but the most part of me just wants to stay at home. No stressing over what to wear, what to drink or how to get home. Next year I'll probably be up for a party again, so just start sending the invitations now! ;)

...kids there, kids everywhere... My cousins and their families were in town for a visit. Lots of people, lots of gifts and lots of fun. I took the day off and did as little as possible to conserve energy for the meeting,  only getting up  to do some shopping over the phone (Thanks mum!). Now I got the sweater I've wanted for months (...no, it wasn't on sale). I have to say though, I don't think I've ever seen a more grateful child than H. For each thing he unwrapped, he shouted "Exactly what I waaanted..!!!" Then I went shopping (for food), and of course, forgot half of what I was supposed to get. My memory's really starting to scare me!

Another day of playing with my friends.  What it was like this all the time..? I'd be exhausted (and we'd probably be a bit sick of each other), but I'd have fun..! Went for coffee (or soda) with a bunch of friends and then they bought me shoes. Not very discreetly, but I'm not complaining. Thanks sweethearts!!! After that we played some more and then we all of a sudden went on a little roadtrip to my friend's cousin, where we had a sandwich and they played Mario Kart. Then we went home again, watching all the pretty twinkling lights along the way (at least I did).

I'm watching morning-tv, and a woman called Malin Åkerman. Finally, a Swede in Hollywood that doesn't annoy the hell out of me! ...and she speaks Swedish, even though she's barely lived here!

Who said shopping isn't a sport? I'm completely exhausted! The first hour was fine, looking at shoes and clothes that'd only fit an ant. But then the people came...at least there were some boys to look at...and some sushi...after a short ride into town... Back home again. Then off to get my hair cut...

Spent the rest of the day with my friends. Annoying one of the by refusing to go to the pub. Honestly, I'd just rather save my money for tomorrows shopping spree :)

Went to church with a friend of my mum's. Lots of people there, not that many I recognized though...just perhaps maybe a boy from school...that I kind of fancies for a brief minute. Luckily I'd remember to put some more glitter on before leaving home...hahaha... But it's funny what sort of things one can find amusing at 5 am...like the name of the author of some hymn (Willcock)...or the word "trosbekännelse" or to replace the word "Helige ande" (holy spirit) with "Helige Anders" (holy...anders?)
