Book & Dinner
Mood:  happy
Now Playing: The sound of silence
Topic: Books
I went out to dinner, and then hurried back home to see something on tv. Now I've just finished "The Devil Wears Prada". Great book that's become a movie as well, can't wait to see it!!

At the same time...
...this is pretty much how I feel. They've read it and said it's fine, it's actually kind of rude to keep whining like I don't care about their opinion...

The day after...
Mood:  down
Now Playing: Who cares, my life is over..? *dramaqueen*
Topic: Everyday life
Today I'm having my "day after essay"-anxiety attack. The one you get when you're starting to feel finished with your lit. essay, get some distance and realizes that is crap. I sent it to the people whose judgement I usually always trust, but today I think they're just being nice to me. I can't sleep until this whole ordeal is over. I'm afraid to check my e-mail, because I just know that I've got a mail from my teacher waiting for me, "The topic isn't good enough, do it again!"
I'm determined to see this through, I'll stay up all night this week if I have to, but I'd rather not... *sigh*

My turn?
Mood:  irritated
Now Playing: not the washing machine.
Topic: Everyday life
I got up before seven just to do some washing. I went down to the laundry room and got the first machine started. An hour later it was time for load two, or so I though... When I got there, there was a note on top of the machine "It's my laundry day. 'Her stupid namne here'" My stupid neighbour had suddenly changed the time for when she's booked the machines. So I wrote back, "Well, if you'd said so from the beginning maybe..." Took my stuff and left. I went back later in the evening and finish instead. Because guess who just has to to laundry for another ten hours tomorrow again?? Yes, you guess it! *sigh*

Paper
Mood:  quizzical
Topic: Everyday life
Then I read a couple of interesting things in the morning paper. The first one was a letter to the editor about a Festis DeLuxe commercial. It's from a girl who thinks it's degrading to women. I'm not sure that I agree, and neither do people on the net. I think it's done with sense of humor. Just look at this... Lol.

The other thing that I read was an article about people and who they are too "lazy" and "careless" to save money for their retirement, and how they'll only have themselves to blame. Maybe the last part wasn't completely true, but it was the feeling that you got after reading it. But what about us, who aren't lazy, but just don't have any money to save? What are we supposed to do? 23% of people apperently don't save any of their money, but I don't think it's because they don't care...
