Bad weather. Found lots of expensive things I wanted to buy for my friends. I guess my wallet's happy that I didn't bring that much money :D Bought some DVD's at least...

Mood:  a-ok
Topic: On tour
I went to the gym as usual in the morning. But when I was I done I went to a friend and dragged her out of bed with a croissant (or whatever the h*** it was). Aren't I a nice friend? ;)We were actually going on a little roadtrip. To Linkoping, I'd never been there so why not. The biggest problem was probably to figure out which route to take, but when we'd decided on that things worked out pretty good. We've been on enough roadtrips to know that we'll won't get into any map reading arguments like on the Amazing Race, and that's 90% of the trip right there. Just agreeing on where to go. An how to get there.
In the end we basically went there, had some MackieD, handed over a letter and went back home again, but it was a nice trip. Nice sceneries, nice town, nice boys...

I ordered some new contact lenses last night, and this morning I got a note that they're here. That's what I call service! :)

Now Playing: Dr. Phil

I'm watching Dr. Phil right now. It's always good to know that there's someone worse than you. Even if it is in America...and that doesn't really count...

I've been in a really bad mood all day, so on a whim I sent a text message to a friend of mine and told her that everything sucked and that we had to do something fun. Right now. I got a reply within minutes where she listed road trips that I could tag along on. And slowly my mood became better again without me even having to use my survival-kit consisting of chocolate, Pringles, Ab. fab and Little Britain (season One).
And those who doesn't send me books or take me on road trips listen to me whine, over and over again. I'm a lucky gal! :) ...even though they're probably very fed up soon...

I want. To travel all over the world. Finish my studies. Be lean...and mean? An interesting job with great pay. A busy social life. Interesting hobbies. To cook exotic meals. I want a bloody cat. I don't want to wait ten years. I want it now!!

Mood:  special
Now Playing: Donovan Franken-whatever - Lovely day
Topic: Everyday life
Lovely day today. Got up early and did the dishes, vacuuming and all of that before we left. Picked up a couple of friends of my cousin's on the way. They turned out to be pretty nice, and so was my friend (as always) who joined us when we got there. Met some friends that I haven't seen in ages. Looked at some boys (men?), but couldn't decide which one to get. I've finally opened up my eyes to all the boys out there just in time for autumn to arrive and take them all away again *sigh*
Oh, and I bought some useless stuff to, like DVD's and gifts for the kids.

Feel asleep as soon as I got home and sat down.

Just as I thought most of my troubles were solved, I hit another one. The christening is potentially at the very same time as my nephew's birthday party...which I missed last year too because I was sick. Now I don't know what to do again...

At least some things seem to have worked themselves out. I met an old friend today, and she told me that she had began something that she should have done a loong time ago. I met her about six months ago, and she told me then that she was, but I didn't really take her seriously since it was after midnight and she was slightlty drunk. But apparently she has, and I'm happy for her, and her family, maybe they can finally get the stability and peace and quiet that they really need.

On a personal note, I decided that enough's enough and sent a message to an acquaintance without even caring if I was inappropraite or if it could possibly be misinterpreted. I've tended to be careful not to offend anyone or play a role perhaps. But I don't care any more. If people don't like me for me I'm better off without them any way. But why shouldn't they like me? I'm a great person and that's that :D

Mood:  lazy
Now Playing: Christina Aguilera - Ain't no other man
Topic: Everyday life
Why isn't tired or knackered, even though it's definition doesn't seem all that clear, a mood you can choose from in the blog? I always end up as "lazy".

The day started off badly, with a stomach ache, as usual, but I still made it to the gym. At the very last minute. When I got there I felt really dizzy, probably because of the painkillers and different meds I took before I left...and the lack of breakfast since it was basically impossible to eat anything. As if that wasn't enough, my friend never showed up so I ran on the damned treadmill for a while and did a couple of exercises before I went home again. Ate a sandwich and left again, and here I am.
