User Responsibilities

A user who joins IRC has the responsibility to fulfill the obligations set forth in the network's policy. Some quick points generally covered in servers' MOTD file (generally accessible through the command /motd), but it is recommended to read and understand network policies before joining because legalities and applicable laws are covered in Network Policies. (Understand what you are responsible for before joining a network.)
