Innovative 21st Century Education While the news media is owned by multimillionaires, and therefore easily controlled, anybody can build webpages, and the web will represent a diverse, uncontrolled form of education, so the internet can be potentially be the most powerful tool for educating people in colleges and schools in the social sciences and environment.

The "Internet Season" - There is a big difference in how often search engines see you based on when you submit. Webpages normally get most of their hits within a few months of submission. My data is for non-comercial sites. I have no data for September & October, but I suspect September is fairly slow, and things get busy in October because the first school reports are due. November thru Feburary is definately very busy, it slows down quite a bit in April, and continues to slow, and July and August it is utterly dead.
