The Tenkaichi Budoukai is a tournament held every 3 years. It is a place for the world's greatest fighters to gather and fight for the title of world's greatest fighter. There are a few rules you must follow to compete: You are disqualified if you:

- Use any sort of weapon or foreign object
- Leave during the tournament
- Kill your opponent
You lose if you:

- Are knocked unconscious
- Go down for a count of 10
- Get knocked out of the ring
- Say "I give up"
DON'T do this:

- Poking your opponent in the eye
- "Low Blows"

The entry fee is 5000 zeni. Your opponents are picked randomly. It is sudden death, fight until you lose. The next Budoukai is scheduled for July 14th.
