All rules must be followed and under no circumstances can the rules be broken. If a updater allows the breaking of a rule for personal reasons then they can be kicked off the staff. If you have any questions about the rules, or a rule you think should be added, send it to a Master GM.

Site Rules
|
- Under no circumstances can you yell at an updater to update you (I must stress we have personal live's as well)
- An updater has 3 days to update something, if they cannot do this then they must tell a Master GM why.
- Please limit the cursing, I allow cursing because it adds a feel of realism to the game but too much is just stupid.
- Made up or other characters from different animes, etc, must send me a comprehensive list of all techniques and skills they wish to see in the game for their character. The Master GM's will then decide how and what can be implemented into the game.
- Once a Saga starts there will be a set time until the next one will happen, giving enough time to train and heal between the saga's but also keeping fighters on their toes.
- 1 game day is equal to half a regular day so their are 2 game days in a regular day.
- Every month a character will age by 2.
- At the end of a saga series a character will age to the time till the next set of saga's.
- Please just have fun.

- You can train as much as you want, as many times as you want a day as long as it is humanly possible.
- (Example)You could Group train, but not search for a dragon ball at the same time.
- (Example) You could Train under a master, but not buy a gun at the same time.
- Though you can spread your training up per day ( for 1/4 of the day, you could partner train, 1/4 of the day purchase and eat food, 1/4 of the day, you could search for dragon ball, and the last 1/4 of the day meditate.
- if death occurs, check up here.
- any questions on searching for a dragonball check up here.
- check out rage factor here
- For any other questions search for a link on the main page
- You must eat, your character will have a scale of energy from 1 to 100%, check out the shops page to see what each food, drink, etc. does what.
- It will take less energy as you exceed in levels, it will also take less energy if you level up in a certin stat (example) if you train alot in running, your constitution will adventually go up, therefor it will take less energy to do it.

- Role play as if you were 1 with your character
- Role play in a universal type manner (example) if you go into a town, or a shop talk to people as if they are real.

For All Players
|
- You Automatically know all physical Techniques! (including) Punch, Kick, Upercut, etc.
- GM's Will add extra damage, depending on how you hit the opponent (example) if you kick somone in the face, without them looking it will do extra damage.
- Pl that is dropped due to weighted items can be recovered by 2 ways: 1. By removing the weighted items, or 2. Using the technique 'Power Up' which can also give a bit more than the Pl dropped by the items.

GM Refing
|
- Refing can only be done by Master GM's or trained GM's since its a very complicated matter now, and only true rpg'ers can conduct something as difficult as a real battle.
- Ref's can call something as being legal or ilegal (Such as a few punches would be legal, while a super combo from someone of low dexterity would be ilegal). The calls will be as follows: L= Legal, IL= Ilegal, C= Chance for a counter, R= Reverse is possible in a combo attack, KO= Knock out (Person loses all pl), TKO= Total Knock Out (Person is knocked out due to massive stamina and energy loss)
- Ref training can be done by request of a master GM. Must study alot on what can and cannot physically be done by character's.
