Weight Training Effects
|
|
Weight training will play a major role in the progress of the early stages of your training. Training with weights will have dramatic effects on your pl and stat gain at an early stage, so its best to start working with them as soon as possible. Now like the gravitron you can master a set of weights, and they will no longer serve a purpose other than holding down your true pl. The following lists will explain how long it takes to master each set of weights, and how much Pl is lowered from wearing them.
